Carly Plate joined RPIA in November of 2019 and focuses on building relationships with Investment Advisors in the retail distribution channel and expanding RPIA’s brand within the advisor community. In addition to working directly with advisors, Carly also works to develop and implement strategies to grow RPIA’s retail business. She focuses specifically on effective communication with our clients by incorporating technology and efficiency to best maximize her impact.

Prior to joining RPIA, Carly held business development roles at PIMCO Canada and Dynamic Funds. Carly holds the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation from the Canadian Securities Institute and is a Level I CFA Candidate.
